White Pygmy Sawara Cypress is a very small, cushion-shaped cypress. This plant grows slowly. The annual growth is 2.5 cm. By the age of 10, the height is less than 30 cm and the width is 45 cm. The shoots grow like a fountain. In spring the needles have white or cream tips, then grey-green.
Full sun lover. It also grows well in semi-shady places. The soil is moderately moist and fertile. Frost-hardy.
