Pinus strobus 'Radiata'
Radiata Weymouth Pine is an evergreen coniferous shrub. The crown is spreading, uneven, flat-spherical. The height of an adult plant is 3-5 m. Slow growing. In 10 years it reaches 100 cm in spread. Needles are soft, blue-green, 10 cm long. Elongated, light cones appear on the tree in 3-4 years.
Full sun lover, frost-hardy and drought-resistant. It grows well in both alkaline and acidic soils. The plant does not like soil compaction and stagnation of water. It tolerates heat and high humidity well.
