Brioti Red Horse Chestnut is deciduous tree up to 15 m in height and 12 m in spread. It is the medium-sized tree with round or pyramidal dense crown, slowly growing.
The flowering period is May - June. Shade-tolerant, but reaches better growth in open sunny places.
It is undemanding to the soil, but prefers fertile, loose, and enough well-drained. Sensitive to soil compaction. It is frost-hardy.
