Redbud is а compact deciduous tree or large shrub up to 2 m in height. The crown is compact, but at the same time sprawling, rounded.
The leaves appear on the branches after flowering. The flowering occurs in April-May. It grows well in both sunny and semi-shady places. It prefers moderately moist, fertile soils and places must protect from the wind. The frost resistance is average.
