Lawson Cypress "Ivonne" is an evergreen plant. The young crown is columnar, then narrowly conical, closed. Branches grow vertically. The growth rate is about 10-15 centimeters per year in height, and up to 10 centimeters in width. The height of a mature plant is 5-7 meters, but in temperate climates it can be lower. The needles are yellowish-golden in the sun. It turns from green to light green in the shade.
This plant grows well in fertile, moist, well-drained soils. Full sun lover. Prefers protected areas from winds. Frost-hardy.
