Danica Northern White-Cedar is a spherical dwarf bush. Slow growing. The adult plant has height of about 80 cm, width of about 1 m. The crown is round. The branches are fan-shaped. The plant has scaly, thick, soft, shiny, green foliage. It is brownish-green in fall, bright green in summer, and brown in winter. Cones are round, brown, up to 0.6 cm. The bark is reddish or gray-brown.
It prefers loose and fertile soil. This plant is best grown in wet soils, tolerates waterlogging. Full sun lover, but also grows well in the shade. It is frost-resistant.
