Louie Weymouth Pine is a beautiful, rather large tree with a symmetrical, regular, pyramidal crown shape. The young pine is spherical. The height of an adult plant is 6 m and the spread is 4 m. In 10 years the height is 2.5 m and the spread is 1.5 m. Annual growth is 25-30 cm. The needles are long, soft, thin, golden throughout the year. They are golden green in summer.
Full sun lover, tolerates partial shade. Prefers moderately moist, well-drained soil. Frost and wind resistant.
