Yellow Rocket Laburnum
Laburnum anagyroides 'Yellow Rocket'
The plant is a deciduous tree up to 4-9 metres tall. It has ash-green bark. The branches are covered with silver hairs. The leaves are oblong-elliptical with a flat or pointed top. It blooms in April-May when opening of the leaves. The fruits ripen in August. The flowers are golden yellow, hanging down.
Full sun lover. It prefers moderately moist, well-drained, enriched soil. Frost-resistant.
