Accolade Japanese Cherry is an ornamental large shrub with impressive white and pink flowers. The height of a plant is 5-8 m. The crown is funnel-shaped. The annual growth is 30-40 cm. The leaves are pointed, ellipsoid, light green. They turn yellow-orange in October. It blooms in April, before the leaves arise. The tree has small black berries with juicy, pleasant-tasting pulp.
Full sun lover. Drought tolerant. It grows on almost all soils. Less frost-tolerant.
