Umbraculifera False Acacia is a deciduous small tree with a dense, rounded crown and thin shoots. Slow growing. The height of a plant reaches 5-6 m, the width is 4 m. The annual growth is about 15 cm. The shoots are light brown. The leaves are imparipinnate, light green.
It is a light loving plant. Prefers fertile, fresh, moderately dry, loose clay soils. The plant grows well in poor, dry, sandy and gravel soils, slightly acidic to alkaline. It grows poorly on heavy, stagnant, damp and oxygen-poor soils.
