Drummond Norway Maple is tall, decorative, deciduous tree to around 10-12 m with a dense, rounded crown. Its deeply-lobed, variegated leaves have a green centre and broad, creamy-white margins.
The leaves turn yellow in autumn.The flowering period is May. The clusters of yellow flowers open on the bare stems before the leaves will appear. Fruits are lionfish. This tree should only be grown in full sunlightor light shade. In the shade the leaves lose their creamy-white margins. It does not drought tolerate. Fully frost-hardy․
